Megan Litke

Megan Litke, LEED AP O+M, WELL AP, joined the Office of Sustainability at American University in August 2014. Megan is Director of Sustainability and oversees all sustainability related initiatives. Megan is proud to have contributed to AU achieving carbon neutrality in 2018, two years ahead of the target date. Prior to joining the Office of Sustainability at American University, Megan was the Sustainability Manager at the University of Richmond, where she led the University’s Office for Sustainability for four years. Megan also worked as a financial analyst at Harvard University. Megan holds a masters degree in sustainability and environmental management from Harvard University and a bachelors degree in accounting from Tulane University.
