The School of International Service (SIS) is thrilled to welcome Katharine Hayhoe, Paul Whitfield Horn Distinguished Professor and Endowed Chair in Public Policy in Public Law, Department of Political Science, Texas Tech University, to deliver this year’s Ignatius Lecture.
