Marquise McGraw
Marquise J. McGraw is a professorial lecturer in the Department of Public Administration and Policy at American University. He currently serves as Director of the Master’s programs in Public Administration and Public Policy. His areas of teaching and research expertise include cost-benefit analysis, financing government services, and statistical methods. His research interests, broadly, are at the intersection of infrastructure and economic development, with increasing focus on environmental issues as they relate to those topics. His current work considers the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and seeks to provide perspectives on the most effective use of that funding. Prior to American, McGraw was an economist at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s Office of Research. He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BA in Economics from Cornell University.
