Michael Culbert

Michael Culbert is a Master’s student in American University’s School of International Service graduating in May 2026 with a degree in Global Environmental Policy. Michael’s concentration lies in water governance, he is particularly interested in community-level water management and its potential to promote resilience. He has conducted research on regional level water management in Uzbekistan and worked as a research fellow in CECE’s inaugural DataCorps cohort.
